Star Decals has
recently been developing sets of markings for specific
units, as opposed to simply vehicle types. This is
especially beneficial to those who wish to build dioramas
of specific scenes that include more than a single
vehicle from the same unit. This is one of two sets
focused on Omaha Beach on D-Day, 4 June 1944. There are
few multicolor markings, so registration is not a huge
concern, but even so, those few with more than one color
appear to be in very good register. I had initially
thought otherwise when looking at the markings in the
lower left of the sheet, but it appears that those with a
white shadow are meant to be that way. The colors are
bright and the decal film looks to be relatively thin.
